The company, which was one of the first to adopt a process management system in accordance with ISO 9001, has always implemented the quality system over time, moving toward the implementation of Total Quality Management since the year 2010. Among the actions taken, we have developed modern E.R.P. software fully integrated with direct production, which enables the management and traceability of manufactured products from the raw component to the final marking, using where applicable the latest traceability systems (RFID tags). As further evidence of the high quality standards, all component transit procedures within the plant (from raw component acceptance to final testing) include dimensional and functional checks on all parts in the batches under inspection. To date, our company complies with the requirements, in addition to those of UNI EN ISO 9001, of UNI CEI EN ISO 13485.

In addition, the company is engaged in a progressivedematerialisation of paper documents and a progressive abandonment ofprinting tools.We are proud to attach the new ISO 14001 certification (internationally recognisedas the standard of reference for environmental management systems), which underlinesthe attention of DZ Medicale and the entire Oxyone group to all those issuesthat concern the future of our planet.
