, , , , , , , , , , , ,

In the medical domain, precision is essential. The details of the medical oxygen devices therapy are a crucial example of a high level of precision equipment. They are responsible for administering the adequate quantity of oxygen to the patient who is vital. However, like all equipment, they are effective and precise and can be degraded over time if they are not consumed and regularly adjusted. Give us a detailed overview of the importance of the entretien and the étalonnage of these appareils.

medical oxygen devices

1. The basis of medical oxygen measurement tests: The measurement tests for medical oxygen therapy devices are used to measure and control medical oxygen measurement between the source and the patient. We guarantee that patients receive the appropriate quantity of oxygen, which they experience in intensive care, surgical intervention or treatment for respiratory problems.

2. Is the étalonnage important? The étalonnage guaranteed a precise lecture du débitmètre. At the end of the day, due to wear and tear, the doubts may begin to appear inexactly. Even a slight imprécision can help patients suffer too much or lack of oxygen, which has negative effects on their health. Regular étalonnage allows you to ensure that the required oxygen readings correspond to the required oxygen level.

3. The food is also crucial: if the cooking guarantees precision, the regular food ensures longevity and reliability. Poussière, la saleté or all other forms of obstruction can affect the performances du débitmètre. Regular cleaning, inspection of the parts and immediate replacement of used parts can prevent any possible dysfunctions.

4. Is this the frequency of eating and eating?

The frequency of étalonnage and entry depends largely on the manufacturer’s directives and the usage level.

Toutefois, in general rule:

-This is where you will find many demanding environments that can be canceled out.

-Visual inspections and base maintenance activities should be effective every time.

5. Professional étalonnage services: If certain equipment is available for the equipment and expertise necessary to étalonner the equipment, you may choose to call the professional étalonnage services. These services are provided by a special equipment and qualified professionals to guarantee the precision of the étalonnage.

6. The final result: NTThe role of a medical oxygen test is indisputably vital for the substances of patients. Although these are useful to last and be precise, regular checks, receipts and travel are non-negotiable activities. To ensure that these devices are in perfect condition, healthcare professionals can provide the best skills to their patients, guaranteeing their safety and integrity.

The precision of 476 oxygen (Precision of medical oxygen measurements) test meters has been analyzed with the aid of a massive thermal test in domestic homes in France and Belgium. Differing oxygen intakes (2 to 15 l/min) in the patient’s chest have been evaluated. If you consider the échantillon in its ensemble, the precision of the débit délivré is acceptable, but the precision is mediocre. The variability of the debt delivered between the devices is the greatest where a feasible debt is required. This souligne studies the need to individually adapt the oxygen debt so that the patient must pass from one debt to the other.

In Europe, the precision of the measurement devices connected to the wall-mounted medical gas distribution systems is regulated by the ISO 15002 norms. less than 5 l/min, and more than 10% above that. The conditions in the settings to be evaluated are very standard: temperature of 23°C (± 2°C) and atmospheric pressure of 1013 hPa.

Precision of medical oxygen measurements

Precision of medical oxygen measurements is regularly administered in the products of chronic and chronic patients. In 2008, 18% of patients hospitalized in Grande-Bretagne receive daily oxygen [1]. In this case, to generally use a non-respiratory mask (or reservoir mask), you need an oxygen intake of just 12-15 l/min [2]. For other patients, an oxygen intake of between 2 and 10 l/min, via a nasal ponction or a simple mask, is generally sufficient to ensure adequate oxygenation [2] . Cependant, l’oxygénothérapie peut être délétère. They are used concomitantly with bléomycine [3] or paraquat (1,1 diméthyl 4,4′ bipyridyl) to cause irreversible pulmonary fibrosis leading to death [4] . High inspiratory oxygen fractions are associated with premature fibroplasia [5] or atlectasia for dénitrogénation of oxygen [6] . Récemment, certain authors ont également montré that hyperoxie can induce a cerebral and myocardial vasoconstriction potentially harmful to ischemic diseases [7]. An objective reason for oxygen therapy is that atteindre a saturation of hémoglobine (SpO2) comprises between 94 and 98% [2].

It is estimated that 2000 to 4000 days of oxygen consumption are most likely [1]. The precision of the oxygen flow administration system is therefore important.

Precision of medical oxygen measurements
