Le 23 mars 2021, \u00e0 15h12, un incendie s’est d\u00e9clar\u00e9 au deuxi\u00e8me niveau de l’ATC lorsque le personnel infirmier a remarqu\u00e9 une flamme dans l’un des panneaux de la t\u00eate de lit et, en quelques minutes, toute la zone \u00e9tait remplie de fum\u00e9e. Un code rouge a \u00e9t\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement d\u00e9clench\u00e9 et les pompiers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 contact\u00e9s sur les lignes pr\u00e9vues \u00e0 cet effet. Au moment de l’incident, 68 patients en \u00e9tat critique ou malades se trouvaient dans la zone concern\u00e9e et, avec l’aide du personnel infirmier et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, tous les patients ont \u00e9t\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement \u00e9vacu\u00e9s vers les zones s\u00fbres\/de collecte. Le personnel de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie a \u00e9teint le feu. L’alimentation en gaz m\u00e9dical et l’alimentation \u00e9lectrique de la zone ont \u00e9t\u00e9 coup\u00e9es par mesure de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s une inspection et une maintenance approfondies, et apr\u00e8s avoir obtenu l’autorisation des services \u00e9lectrique, biom\u00e9dical et du collecteur de l’institut, tous les services ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9tablis. Aucune victime n’a \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9e. Aucune perte mat\u00e9rielle majeure n’a \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9e. \u00c0 premi\u00e8re vue, apr\u00e8s une inspection approfondie et les contributions de toutes les parties concern\u00e9es, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9 que l’incendie pouvait \u00eatre d\u00fb \u00e0 une \u00e9tincelle dans l’un des points \u00e9lectriques du panneau, qui a enflamm\u00e9 les peluches d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9pos\u00e9es au point extraordinaire et a \u00e9t\u00e9 aggrav\u00e9 par la perte d’oxyg\u00e8ne \u00e0 partir de la sortie d’oxyg\u00e8ne dans le panneau de t\u00eate de lit lui-m\u00eame.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
